The fruits are not the best time for dinner after a recent weight loss because of their content of sugar. While the outcome contains fructose, a simple sugar that is readily in fats, the benefits, fruits to eat are significantly higher sugar content. However, some fruits are better than others content and fructose, as a rule, the nutrient. The best fruit in the fruit and vegetables, foods are as follows:

* Strawberries
* Apples (green contains less sugar)

* Grapefruit
* Pears

Raw result is always the best diet value. If you "edit" fruit, boiled, baked or steamed is better than cooked. Cooking reduces the diet value. Fruit juices not as a fruit, but it contains less fiber, the outcome is even better than fruit juices.
