Is Diet Coke bad for you?

Is Diet Coke bad for you?

Recent studies have shown the power drinks can cause weight gain, rather than hoped-for weight loss. In short, diet drinks are not a good addition to your diet. You May that it is reducing the consumption of sugar, which can lead to the decay of rotten teeth and a physicist, but in the last nutritionists suggest that the diet coke-Mania is out of control, and the people are with the drink. The hole than half the calories consumed deceive our body and believe that they fully, and the body may not be cheated.
Is Diet Coke bad for you?

A wrong idea about the diet of soda is the idea that a glass to drink gives green light for eating much garbage. Simply because you have a soda does not mean that you headscarf the Big Mac. Take a Coke does not replace the diet. It simply lessens a little sugar and calories during a meal. Calories in a soda in comparison to a glass, scrape, instead of 150, not big enough to you to allow pork in a mountain of waste from other foods instead. The people are ridiculous when it comes to do save calories in Coca-Cola drinks. It is absurd in a fast-food restaurant to spend for a large cheeseburger, fries, a milk shake and decide then, a little variety in a small breakfast with Diet Coke. See the person with this problem? Americans must by their state and soda, the power is not resolved, the same scheme

A good way to tackle the issue of nutrition is soda excluded completely, the diet of soda as a food group. There were many studies which showed the dangers of certain chemicals in the diet of soda, such as aspartame. Aspartame is the main artificial sweetener, the food and drink taste is so sweet. There were struggles on the safety of aspartame for years. There is no evidence on both sides that aspartame should or should not be used in the diet drinks or other foods. Except for of aspartame, there are other power-related issues.
