My subway diet plan

The Subway diet plan has been the news in recent years, mainly because of the university student, Jared Fogle. He had lived next to a subway shop when his weight was about 400 lbs. He noted that led to a subway wide selection of low-calorie snacks and decided to eat only these low-calorie snacks.

Happened to lose 100 POUNDS and then began to walk for exercise, allowing more weight loss. He brought his weight to 190 pounds.

This is a great achievement, but it does not mean this is a healthy diet or the results can be achieved by others. Her weight loss was carried out taking in fewer calories from what was burned and not a balanced diet.

Subway offers a large selection of low-calorie substances, which are good for the occasional meal, but the sandwiches should be supplemented with other foods such as fruits and vegetables.

The subway is the diet, because the actual intake of low calorie, but in the long run a more balanced diet is more effective.
