High protein diet is an issue for some time. But how do we really know?
Protein is an important nutrient necessary for their health. In its purest form, the protein consists of chains of amino acids. Proteins replace and help new tissue, transports oxygen and nutrients in the blood and into cells, regulating the balance of water and acids, and it is necessary that the antibodies.
