Subway Sandwich Diet
I really like their sandwiches, especially that I can design my own. There are so many here in Subway stores in New York City, which is very easy to just stop and grave one when I need one. Therefore, if I used this as a form of diet, which can satisfy my lifestyle because I have been able to achieve in the time and know that it was new. In addition, it is cheap!

So I decided to look more seriously. DID Jared What exactly do? What is your meal plan accurate?

As far as I could find, there's nothing that reality. There seems to be a guess at what they ate, but nothing official. Even on the website of subway, which lists the details in the words of Jared, not yours. And Jared's book is a book of motivation, not a diet book. It seems the whole diet is nothing more than Lore!

But I want to pass on what others have speculated:

- A 6 "turkey sub and a bag of baked chips for lunch
- A 12 "sub vegetables for dinner, with more vegetables and no cheese, oil or mayonnaise

That's about 1,000 calories.

I think we could do that as long as I have added a 250-calorie breakfast, lunch and 250 calories. 1500 calories per day would be good for me.

So why not try? At least, which means I do not have much to plan.
