I devour food like a man, and end up feeling guilty about it so I make up for it by sweating it out at the gym. But once I'm done, it's back to the same ol' ruckus of non-stop eating again. My goal is to lose 10 lbs and keep it that way. I know maintenance is a b*tch so I hope I muster the strength to keep the pounds off! I also want to develop proper eating habits- and when I mean proper, it's eating food with the right mind and not losing self-control once food is set in front of me.
