6tbsp branflakes 3 dried apricots, 1 banana and skimmed milk.

Middle of the morning (50 calories, 1.8 g fiber)

1 medium-sized jacket potatoes 1 small can of beans with bacon, in 2tbsp reduced fat cheddar cheese and lettuce.
