Subway diet plan

I plan to take a 4 oz activate Dannan yogurt and 2 eggs for breakfast, or an equivalent protein, I liter of water before my walk / run. I plan to walk / run 7 miles a day meeting. I have been doing this for some time, but not as often as I'd like. I want to exercise a minimum of 5 times a week. For lunch, I have a plan to subway 6 'turkey sub, no cheese or May, and a bowl of homemade chicken Broth. For dinner, I go Footlong to have a sub and a bag of oven 6 ounces sets. For starters, I String Cheese, tuna in water with Celery, but only if they need me. I will try to drink only water or unsweetened tea with a target of 3 liters per day. I'm taking a one day for women, fish oils, and 1000 mg of vitamin C daily.

I ask not a great person, but I Weigh about 170 and now I'm 53.
I have always been my weight mocked at school. My weight has always gave me. It's on my mind almost all the time.

My biggest problem is that I like to drink. I drink wine and beer daily. I know this is a bad habit and horrible for my health. I have 3 children, and at night, when they are in bed, I fall into a glass or 2 or 3 of wine. It also beers to drink in the light, between whether we are watching a football game or something. I have a high tolerance to alcohol, so I do not like or beating on things are out of control. I like it. But it's many calories, and I know that if I do not stop the alcohol for a while, I will not lose weight. I would if I Munch drinking, so adds to the calories.

Anyway, I'm being honest here. I hope to get some positive feedback. I have heard enough negative in my life, so please be kind and show support. I am open to ideas, of course, not just bad ...
